Welcome to Country Wireless Web site. Country Wireless Site (‘CountryWireless.com’) is owned and operated by Country Wireless. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. USE OF THE SITE SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

Agreement to Terms. By using this Site, you signify that you agree to these Terms of Use. In addition, when using particular services available on this Site, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time, including without limitation our Privacy Policy. All such guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to the Terms of Use or any of the guidelines, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms of Use or guidelines at any time. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes will mean you agree to abide by those changes. Please note that additional and/or different terms of use may apply to services provided through Country Wireless, and you should refer to those before using such services.

Country Wireless does not endorse any such linked sites or the information, material, products and/or services contained on other linked sites or accessible through other linked sites. Furthermore, Country Wireless makes no express or implied warranties with regard to the information, material, products or services that are contained on or accessible through linked sites. Access and use of linked sites, including information, material, products and services on linked sites or available through linked sites is solely at the user’s own risk.

By using Country Wireless Internet Service you agree to the following:

PAYMENT
All payments are due by the 20th of each month. A late fee of $10 will be applied to all accounts past 30 days from the invoice date. Any account that reaches 45 days past due will be suspended until payment is made. If your account is turned off due to non-payment, you will be assessed a $35.00 reconnect fee that must be paid before service is restored.

BILLING
All billing statement will be sent electronically unless a paper statement is requested by the customer. All invoices will be sent separately. To get your running balance from your statement(s) you must go online.

USAGE
You have unlimited usage of the network.

Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. During peak hours, reduced speeds may occur due to network congestion or other factors beyond our control. We make our best effort to provide consistent and reliable speeds, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

If you use the network in an unlawful or illegal manner, your service will be terminated. No refund for service will be issued for terminated accounts.

RETRANSMISSION
Country Wireless strictly forbids the retransmission of their signal for any reason. Any person found to be reselling or giving away service to a 3rd party without Country Wirelesses’ consent will have their service terminated.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
Country Wireless offers a Maintenance Plan to cover radio (outside equipment) and wiring from damage. Any equipment plugged into the radio, including routers, is solely the responsibility of the customer. If a customer chooses not to get our Maintenance Plan and the equipment is damaged, the customer shall be responsible for replacement costs. Country Wireless will provide one radio at time of install that Country Wireless owns. If there are any damages to the radio the customer will need the Maintenance Plan or cover the cost to replace the radio that was damaged.

SERVICE CHARGES

Any service calls will be subjected to a $50.00 per hour fee (including tax) charge. Preventive maintenance and network or radio upgrades will not be subject to a service charge Country Wireless reserves the right to change or alter any of these conditions at any time.

All after hours service calls will be subjected to a $50 charge, per hour, per technician.

ON-CALL LINE

The on-call line is for emergency only. An Emergency is defined as the following: Financial impact, Business outage, or schooling use. The following are Deemed non-emergency’s and will be billed $100 for an on-call support: Slow connection, one PC does not work, reset router, disconnection for overdue bill, on-line gaming issues.

Long Term Evolution

The Long Term Evolution(LTE) radio provided by Country Wireless will be owned by Country Wireless. Any damage by the “Act of God” will be covered by Country Wireless. Any negligence to the Long Term Evolution(LTE) radio will be paid by customer, in the amount of $150. When customer terminates service, the Long Term Evolution(LTE) radio must be returned within 30 days, or the customer will be charged a $400 fee.

Cancellations

After three cancellations we do charge a $35.00 fee to reschedule.

Country Wireless makes no express or implied warranties or representations of any kind as to the quality, or fitness for the client’s particular purposes, of the Internet, or its affiliates, or the services which are being provided. We explicitly disclaim any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose whatsoever. We are not responsible for any loss the client suffers as a result of using Country Wireless, including but not limited to loss resulting from delays, improper or incomplete delivery of information, possible “computer viruses” or interruption of service, regardless of cause; wrongful use of the client’s account by others; or the client’s receipt of inaccurate data from any network accessed through Country Wireless. Force Majeure: We will not be responsible for any failure to perform any obligation or provide any Services hereunder because of any Act of God or nature, strikes, work stoppage, equipment or facilities shortages, governmental acts, directives or abuse, war, riot or civil commotion, or any other force beyond our immediate and reasonable control.
