Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Introduction
Country Wireless L.L.C. provides a variety of Internet services. County Wireless Service allows subscribers to connect to the Company’s high-speed backbone network and ultimately the public Internet. Use of Country Wireless’s service is subject to the following rules and guidelines. Every Country Wireless customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of all services provided complies with these policies. BY USING COUNTRY WIRELESS’S SERVICE YOU ARGEE TO THESE POLICYS, ANY PERSON NOT AGREEING TO THESE POLICIES SHOULD CEASE USE OF THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT COUNTRY WIRELESS TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Illegal Activity

Country Wireless’s network may not be used for any activity that violates state, federal or international laws. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

Theft, or infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and any other type of intellectual property.

Pyramid or other illegal soliciting schemes

Threats of physical harm or harassment to any person or group of individuals.

Security
Country Wireless’s Network may not be used to violate security of any network. This includes denial of service attacks against any network or individual. All customers are responsible for maintaining there service in a way that does not violate this document. This includes any guests or family members that access the network via your connection.

Inappropriate Content
Country Wireless’s network may not be used for distribute offensive material. Any material deemed illegal many not be distributed via this network. You are solely responsible for information published via your account. Country Wireless may monitor your activity and furnish this information to the authorities upon request.

File Sharing and Serving
Country Wireless’s Network may not be used to serve files without a separate agreement in writing. This includes but is not limited to web servers, FTP, Peer to Peer, and Torrent software.

Violation of this Policy
Country Wireless does not actively monitor Internet traffic. However in our efforts to promote good citizenship on the Internet, we will respond appropriately if we are made aware of any violation of this policy. Country Wireless reserves the right to monitor any activity on our network. Corrective action wil be implanted once a violation is identified. These actions are normally suspension of service until the action is corrected. Depending on the nature of the violation this may or may not be revised up to and including forwarding to law enforcement for prosecution. No refund or credit will be issued due to violations of this policy.

Incident Reporting
Any person suspecting violation of this policy should report it to support@countrywireless.com. When possible please include as much information as possible, including the names of party violating this policy.

Revisions to this Policy
Country Wireless may modify this policy at any time, effective when posted to our web site. All coustomer’s of Country Wireless are encouraged to check this site regularly.
